We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Return / Exchange policy

We are committed to design and manufacture products of best quality and fit.

However, if in case the product doesn’t fit your size, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free exchange/Return process.

Write to us at info@matwali.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange/return.

Once acknowledged by team Matwali during next working day, please ship the product at the given address, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Refund:

Once the product(s) is delivered to us and the quality checking process is completed.

For Exchange Orders – Exchanged orders will be shipped within 24 hours to your prior address.

For Prepaid Orders – We will provide you full refund using same source of payment in 5-7 business days.

For COD orders -   We will issue ‘Matwali Credits’ worth the value of the returned product, that can be used for a future purchase from the website.

 The credits will be available in your account and the same will be valid for 3 months.

All the return and exchange requests can be raised only once per order.

Return / Exchange eligibility:

  1. Return/Exchange intimation must be done within 2 working days or 48 working hours from the date of delivery
  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for Return / exchange.
  3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  4. Size exchange is available - Subject to availability (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
